EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATED SERVICES

PBB provides you with the opportunity to receive communications from us and send communications to us.

Email communication that you send to PBB via the email links on our site may be shared with the PBB customer support staff, employee, medical expert, or agent that is most able to address your inquiry. PBB makes every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. PBB uses general traffic, Site usage, and length-of-stay information in reports to sponsors and firms with which PBB has a business relationship. This sort of information is shared only in aggregate and does not personally identify you. For example, PBB might inform third parties regarding the number of users of the Site and the activities they conduct while on the Site. Depending on the circumstances, PBB may or may not charge third parties for this aggregate Information.
