A team-based, collaborative approach to treatment is paramount for Beacon’s multidisciplinary doctors and surgeons, best known for their expertise in oncology and neurosurgery, HalcyonTM radiotherapy (1st in ASEAN), immunotherapy, radionuclide therapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and PET/CT scanning. Beacon’s team of oncologists were trained in the United Kingdom and United States.

The facility has treated more than 10,000 cancer patients, approximately 1,700 CyberKnife® cases and 300 Halcyon® treatments since the hospital opened its doors.

Beacon provides second medical opinion services to international patients. Patients are provided advice on the best-considered option for treatment. Beacon commonly treats brain, spine, breast, prostate, lung, colorectal and NPC (throat and nose) cancer.

Estimated pricing is available prior to all treatments. A PET/CT scan package includes the scan, reports, and refreshment after the scan.

For radiotherapy, an all-inclusive package includes treatment planning, doctor’s procedure fees and treatment review.

Beacon has expanded its core services to include neurosurgery, nuclear medicine, ophthalmology, orthopedics, men’s health & urology, women’s health, health screening and wellness.

Beacon reviews over 3,000 international patients annually. Most come from Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, Iran, Singapore, Korea and the UK. Most staff speaks English, and translators are available for Indonesian, Hokkien, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tamil upon request before arrival. Beacon assists international patients with arrangements for accommodations and transportation.
